We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange provided you send it back within 14 days of receipt.
For hygiene purposes, we are not able to accept returns on any earrings unless they are faulty.
To arrange a return, please email contact@novarude.com and tell us your name, address, title of the product, the reason you need to return it, and rather you require a refund or replacement.
Exchanges are possible if the item is in stock.
All items returned must be undamaged and in the original NOVA RUDE packaging.
Please make sure the item is packed carefully and we recommend you use a secure and tracked service for your own protection.
We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit.
Any item returned after the stated time period will only be refunded at our discretion.
Please note, NOVA RUDE cannot refund delivery cost on any returns that are non-faulty items.
